As a scholar who works with integrative health practices, I recommend Trika Mahasiddha Yoga above any other system. My personal experience with TMY has enhanced my self-awareness, increased my energy level, decreased discursive thinking and emotional reactivity, and simply gave me the tools to become a better person and relate to the world in a more compassionate and loving way.Cecilia de Mello e Souza, Ph.D,
After years of studying and practicing Yoga, this Trika Mahasiddha Yoga course has expanded and deepened my experience and understanding of Yogic history and philosophy, including texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, esoteric anatomy (nadi, cakra, bindu), practices of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mantra, meditation and sequencing of the practices to enhance their effects.Pip Woodhouse
Take a Trika Mahasiddha Yoga class and journey into a world of spiritual cultivation through awakening of the kundalini that hasn’t changed in intent or form for thousands of years. You’ll be led through a unique sets of postures that activate the specific channels, flow of pranothana (prana cleansing of channels) and elements. The instructor will then guide you in the process of generating and conducting prana-kundalini through the channels using pranayama, bandha, kriya yoga, and meditation. Class ends with a short harmonizing dry-massage to bring the prana down and seat it in the base for integration and grounding.
Instructors teach group classes, one-on-one in-person, and one-on-one online.
You’ll be led through traditional meditation practices by a qualified Trika Method Meditation & Philosophy Instructor. Discuss results, refine your meditation techniques, and share your experience in the question-answer session that follows. You’ll also explore relevant supporting philosophical principles through quotations from ancient meditation texts.
