The science is in and we can finally lay to rest the controversy raging since the 1970’s that had people avoiding dairy fat at all costs in order to prevent heart disease. The good news, pointed out by many recent studies, is that dairy fat DOES NOT increase any parameters of heart disease and in fact has some health benefits. But if you’re a Trika Method member chances are you already knew that.
