There is much to debate about when deciding whether I.Q. tests are valid sources of assessing one’s overall intelligence. Despite what we may think about I.Q. validity, it’s still worrisome to read about the results gathered by the scientists at Ragnar Frisch Centre for Economic Research in Oslo, Norway...especially when considering what Jordan Peterson (a clinical psychologist and professor of psychology at the University of Toronto) has to say about I.Q. → that it’s an associative indicator of how a person will likely function in society.

According to Pāṇini, the term yoga can be derived from either of two roots, yujir yoga (to yoke) or yuj samādhau ("to concentrate"). In the context of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the root yuj samādhau (to concentrate) is considered by traditional commentators as the correct etymology. In accordance with Pāṇini, Vyasa who wrote the first commentary on the Yoga Sutras, states that yoga means samādhi (concentration).
