General Fitness Training works towards broad goals of overall health and well-being, rather than narrow goals of sport competition, larger muscles or concerns over appearance.

For example, if you look at our Beginner Bodyweight Workout, you complete one set of each exercise and then moving directly onto the next exercise.

20 body weight squats.

10 push ups.

20 walking lunges.

10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug)

15 second plank.

30 jumping Jacks.

3 x 10 Squats would look like this: 10 Squats.

Put a check next to today's date—it marks the official expiration of your old workout.

Do 8 to 12 Repetitions.

Do 3 Sets of Each Exercise.

Do 3 or 4 Exercises Per Muscle Group.

Never Let Your Knees Go Past Your Toes.

When You Lift Weights, Draw in Your Abs.

Some instructors earn as little as $10 per class and as much as $50 per class. Certification makes a difference as well. Many corporate fitness clubs pay more than local gyms. Hi I make between $20-30 per class here in Seattle
